Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pentiex.shop(the "Site") and any purchases you make from it. The Site is operated by PENTUCKET TEXTILES, INC. ("Pentiex", "we", "us"), a company registered in Florida, USA (EIN 65-0054008). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. Minors may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who places the order.

2. Products, certifications & descriptions

We sell baby and children's textile products. We make every effort to describe products accurately, including their safety certifications (CPSC, ASTM F963, EN 71 and applicable flammability standards). Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Our products are textile comfort items, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, including SIDS. Always follow the safety guidance provided with each product and the advice of your pediatrician.

3. Safe use

You agree to follow all safety instructions and warnings, including safe-sleep guidance, swaddle-use guidance and supervision requirements. See our Safety & Certifications page for details.

4. Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Payment is processed securely by our third-party, PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Your statement will show the descriptor PENTIEX.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraudulent orders.
• Applicable taxes and shipping are shown before you pay.

5. Shipping, returns & cancellations

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns/refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, both incorporated into these Terms. For hygiene reasons, opened or used baby products cannot be returned except where defective.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Pentiex name, logo, text, images and designs — is owned by or licensed to PENTUCKET TEXTILES, INC. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and applicable U.S. federal standards (CPSC), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms affects your non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
