Safety & Certifications
What does 'CPSC, ASTM F963 and EN 71 certified' mean?
Every Pentiex item is made to meet the requirements of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is tested to the ASTM F963 consumer safety specification and the European EN 71 standard, and our sleep and nursery textiles meet applicable flammability requirements. These standards cover materials, construction, small parts and flammability for children's products.
Are your products tested for harmful substances?
Yes. Our fabrics are selected and tested to meet the chemical and material safety requirements within the standards above. We design with solid colors, simple geometrics and natural abstract patterns — never licensed cartoon characters.
Do your products prevent SIDS or treat any condition?
No. Pentiex products are textile comfort items, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, including SIDS. Always follow your pediatrician's advice and the AAP safe-sleep guidelines.
How should I use a swaddle safely?
Swaddle snugly across the chest but loosely around the hips and legs, always place baby on their back to sleep, and stop swaddling as soon as your baby shows any signs of rolling over. Keep the sleep area free of loose bedding and soft items.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide in USD. Standard shipping within the U.S. is a flat rate, and orders of $80 or more ship free within the U.S. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How long until my order arrives?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days; international delivery usually takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider — Pentiex never stores your full card details. Your statement will show the descriptor PENTIEX.
Returns
What is your return policy on baby products?
Because these are items for babies, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Defective items are always replaced free of charge. See our Refund & Return Policy for the full terms.
My item arrived damaged or defective — what do I do?
We're sorry! Email support@pentiex.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement of any genuinely defective item.
Product Care
How do I wash and care for Pentiex textiles?
Most items machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. We recommend washing before first use and skipping fabric softener on towels to keep them absorbent. Care details are listed on each product page.
Do I need to be 18 to order?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. Minors should ask a parent or guardian to order on their behalf.
