Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how and when your Pentiex order arrives. All prices and charges are in USD.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping rates & free shipping

  • United States: a flat-rate shipping fee is shown at checkout. Orders of $80 or more ship free within the U.S.
  • International: rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
  • All charges are displayed before you pay, in USD.

Delivery times

  • United States: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International: typically 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and customs processing can affect arrival.

Worldwide shipping, duties & taxes

We ship worldwide. For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Tracking your order

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@pentiex.shop.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, email us at support@pentiex.shop within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will help resolve it.

Order changes & cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, please request any change or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing support@pentiex.shop. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return eligible items under our Refund & Return Policy.
